According to LOT's website, two more should be available, but we were directed to SAS upon check-in. Two big disadvantages are the lack of toilets and showers not to mention and the lack of hot dishes. During our stay, it was quiet, friendly service, cleaning the waiting room on a regular basis. Chinese soups for my own preparation were a hit for me ...

I always arrive between 2-3 hrs prior for international flights
Log on to the flight and select tour seat. Some airlines will assign seats at the airport.
Not the one-time passes. If you are a United Club member, then yes with your membership. If you are Star Alliance Gold, or flying in First or Business internationally, then you can get in.
Limited selection of soft drinks, beer, and mixers. Mostly snacks, but they do offer limited hot food later in the evening. Does not open until 4PM.
