THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! MY MOTHER PAID THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO THEM AND IN THE END THEY DID NOT PAY ALL OFF HER ALL ACCOUNTS. THEY CLAIM THAT ALTHOUGH SHE WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD A CERTAIN AMOUNT SHE NEEDED TO PAY, AND SHE DID, NOW THEY REQUIRE MORE MONEY FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE PAID OFF!! SINCE THEN THEY HAVE GHOSTED HER. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS!! WE’RE GONNA HAVE TO TAKE A TRIP UP TO THEIR OFFICE AND GET OUT MONEY BACK CAUSE THERE IS NO WAY THEY GONNA GET AWAY WITH THIS. BEWARE AND DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

At first here in Miami. To hook you Christian gave me an excellent service. After you sign the contract they NEVER answer the phone again. The one who manages my account is called Cynthia Bonillo and she NEVER, NEVER tells me, you have to send 10,000 emails so that she at least half responds and always asking for more money. It has been a terrible experience. They only damaged my credit, they never stopped charging, not even during the pandemic, and the problems increased instead of decreasing. I recommend that you negotiate directly with the credit card and not with this type of agency. Customer service is the WORST. Nobody answers. It seems like a fantasy company sometimes. Terrible. I don't know if it was because of the Pandemic but I wanted to say something good, but unfortunately that has been my experience.
