I never write reviews, and I never want to write bad reviews. But my experience with this place needs to be brought to the attention of the restaurant. Yesterday after work I was tired and didn’t want to cook, so I drove to this location to grab some dinner. I waited 20 minutes in line, it was 6, dinner time, so I get that’s when things get busy, so I just listened to my music and waited. I ordered a 5 piece crispy chicken dinner and a sweet tea. The sweet tea was awful, I couldn’t drink it. I’m not sure if they just threw some powder in some water real quick but it did not taste correct. Also while driving back I took a bite or two of chicken, without looking cause I was keeping my eyes on the road. And it tasted funny so I tried a bite of another one and it was weird too. I stop eating it and when I get home I realize 3/5 of my chicken was completely undercooked. The staff I interacted with were friendly and I had no issues with them, but the food and drink I was given is really unacceptable. I hope by bringing this to your attention you guys can work on ways to prevent something like this in the future, I know things get busy and stuff happens, but I couldn’t finish/enjoy my food after waiting a good while to get it and had to spend the rest of my evening worrying about getting sick.

We are from out of town, came here the other night for a slushy. It was great, we waited shortly. Came again this evening, same gal working. Doing everything, I noted to my husband as we waited at the window how bad I felt for her having to do everything because they were so short staffed. Unfortunately our slushy drinks this evening were completely wrong, undrinkable because the syrup was pumped at into the cup first and not enough syrup was added to even mix into the drink. I went to the door, to just ask if my drinks I paid for could be fixed. I even let the young man who met me at the door... know I was happy to wait a bit because of how busy they were. The lady came out shortly later, and yelled at me - letting me know the drinks were not made wrong. When in fact you could see the white icee part only. She then let me know she's been doing this for 14 years. And I was absolutely wrong in stating they were made wrong. I said; ma'am, I didn't mind waiting I know your under staffed and mistakes happen when you are in a hurry. I can wait. She yelled at me again. Clearly overwhelmed and frustrated at being understaffed. I feel bad for her. I hate that companies make it the employees problem that they're understaffed. And then in turn the employees take their frustrations out on the costumers. I hope the lady that yelled at me over slushies, know I understand her frustration, and the fact that she was overwhelmed and had an extreme workload. But just because you are frustrated doesn't give you the right to yell at paying customers.

I know that no restaurant has enough workers, I get it. This restaurant, according to the workers, had 2 persons working. I don't have a problem with the wait times. I have a problem with debris in my drink. How does a lettuce core get into my drink cup, BELOW the ice. How does the other unidentifiable things get into my drink cup? Where do you keep your stacks of cups, in the trash? I know people are going to say, don't be so upset over this. I drank the entire drink, who knows what all I consumed.

I've given this location chance after chance and it's always a disappointment. I placed an online order, checked in... sat and waited for 20 minutes for chicken bites, mozzarella sticks and a kids meal. There were no cars. I understand things take time to make but for it to take that long and it still not be good or right. My daughter's food was barely warm. I've called and talk to people in the past and it's just a waste of time. Nobody cares. This will be my last trip.
