The rudest service, our order was wrong and we didn’t even get what we paid for- no refunds for things that were missing. You should just drive a bit further to a different subway to save yourself the trouble.

Manager is very rude. Tried to sell me a piece of bread that looked like it had bites taken out of it. When I asked for a different piece the worker responded with "Do you want it or not?" When I asked for a manager I was told he was the manager. I will never return to this location and I advise everyone to stay away.

Have had several negative experiences and unfortunately this means I will not be ordering again.I will drive all the way to Mason before I come back. Back in February they forgot the turkey on my footlong TURKEY sub?!? And if you ask for red wine vinegar they will not put it on your sub and this has happened 2 times now. Smh!!
