minus5 stars TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ROBIN. Requests payments up front but does not follow up on order properly .In a business where compassion and patience is necessary and expected shows shows NONE at all. She misleads you and lies and makes countless excuses. She is insensitive. Many sorrys but NO results.Had to get outside help and assistance from cemetery to have things happen. New Montefiore got it done. ROBIN DID NOT! I Would never recommend this business!

We ordered two monuments in 2020 and 2021. It took 6 months for the first and 11 months for the second. I wish there were an online status report with the estimated completion date instead of us having to call every other week to check on the status. Other than that everything was fine.

Not sure of the exact question. Do you need a second inscription on a double stone? Which cemetery section is it? And do you know how far in is the grave? Is it close to the gate?
My company speaks all languages
Unfortunately the circumstances with this particular job required the attention of a skilled sandblaster who had to fix previous work from a different monument company. All work has been completed and was given the greatest amount of attention from our skilled inscribers. It is not timing that is the issue it's the work involved the last forever for your loved one.
