I wouldn't even give it the one star if I didn't have to. My son is a special needs child and has an odd school schedule. This company told me the only option was to pick him up over 2 hours before the time due at school. When I tried to discuss it with the operations manager "Alex" (who refused to give his last name) all he did was raise his voice and tell me to call the DOE and then hung up on me. When I called back, he hung up again!. Worst ever

Amazing Company!!!!! I would like to give a compliment to a Bus Driver named Catherine. Catherine is a Bus driver who cares and takes pride in her students and work ethic. She makes her students feel comfortable and welcome on the bus. She gets the kids to and from school on time every single day. I had an amazing time with my friends and Catherine always makes the bus ride enjoyable. She is also very funny and charming lady. I hope I get her as a Bus Driver again in the future. Anyone would be lucky to have Catherine as a Bus driver. Thank you Freddy and the whole company.

Yellow School bus companies (IC Bus Company) repeatedly comes to Port Richmond and polluting our AIR. Idling ILLEGALLY in the streets in front of schools. Parking in front of the location of 1625 Forest Avenue (PS-68) contributing to the serious traffic issues for our community and Placing our children and community in harms way.
