I stopped by for weekday lunch takeout, and ordered the carne asada burrito bowl and a green smoothie (substituted blueberries for the pineapple. The smoothie was a little sweeter than expected because they use apple juice). The meat was juicy and tender, and I enjoyed the refried beans/cheese. They also gave a complimentary mini carrot cake protein muffin, which I thoroughly enjoyed for breakfast the next day. I will note that is fairly no-frills seating inside and outdoors, as it is predominantly a takeout and delivery spot. They also have a 10% discount for students, health workers, NYPD & Trainers (excluding specials). Considering some of the other dining options in the West Village/Greenwich Village area, Eva’s food is fresh, high quality, generous portion size, and very reasonably priced.

Very good food, it reminds me of Arizona. Their bowl with chicken is perfect. Ask for the red sauce. It’s a spicy chipotle sauce that goes good with everything. And while your at it, get a smoothie and carrot cake, it’s really good for protein.

The place is humble, the cardboard and plastic crockery... The food is abundant, delicious and at a reasonable price. It is well worth going in to eat even if it is not convincing from the outside.

very healthy food. Decent vegetarian food. They sell protein suppliments and give free sample carrot cake which is delicious!
