So far our experience has been fantastic. The meals are delicious and healthy; they've arrived in great condition. I was exhausted and overwhelmed trying to cook decent interesting meals for just the two of us now that the kids are grown and gone, and when I cooked regular recipes we ended up with too many leftovers. The selection is really substantial, including yummy vegetarian options and dietary restrictions. Portions are perfect. This service is a lifesaver!

Meals are alright, small portions though. I forgot to order my meals for a week so it automatically chose meals for me. I asked customer service to change it and they couldn’t change the meals nor cancel the order. Waste of money.

Austin, Texas, my driver told me to leave the insulated bags out on the porch and he picks them up when he drops off my next order.
Cook Unity has recently expanded their service to cover pretty much the whole United States, except for some sparsely populated states like Wyoming and Idaho. They also don't ship to Hawaii or Alaska, and for some strange reason West Virginia.
If you go on their website, you can chat with customer service, but you will always be better off emailing them. They get back to you generally within about 12 hours.
Just leave it outside before your next delivery. They will take it.
This happens a lot. Please check the temperature of yo1ur food.
Did you reach out to them? This is not a way to connect with the company. It's a forum where customers and those considering buying can exchange communication. I find their customer service exceptional and recommended you reach out to them instead of posting here.
Depending on how far you are from one of their meal prep kitchens, you may or may not be able to get any add-ons, like drinks, desserts, or seasonal sides. For example, my prep kitchen is in Flushing, NY, but I am in south-central Vermont and can't get add-ons at this time. Many of the complaints I'm reading on this forum have more to do with whoever they use for a delivery service.(in my case, it's FedEx. ). Early on they had a lot of delivery hiccups, but since they expanded nationwide, the deliveries seem to have gotten much better.
