I am struggling to understand what happened here because when my 95 year old grandmother - called her PCP to make an appointment - after a terrible fall - no one called her back. The PCP or PCP company instead recommended Doctors on Call - OR it seems he has merged with them. NO ONE called her back - although she called 4 times. Her ailments went untreated. When I found her in compromised state, I immediately called the PCP to be referred again to Doctors on Call. After a half hr wait they arranged for a doctor to come in TEN days time. When we threatened a law suit a doctor showed up that day. Cannot speak to the level of the doctors but the organization seems beyond repair.

What a great service. Dr. Paul is a consummate professional, and his team is fantastic.

This organization needs to be investigated by Medicare and put out of business. Absolutely no regard for the patient. Appointment scheduled and no one shows up and impossible to call back to reschedule. Peoples lives are at stake and they don''t care. Bordering on the criminal! Zero stars!

My experience with the doctor are good, but coming to the phone call trying to get phone service is worse ever. They have you on the phone for hour . I been waiting to get medication and no response. Am planning to change this nightmare. I need refills and no answer than a record comes to live your message that I’ll call you back and no one does. They need more operator’s to answer phone. I get on at 8:35 this morning and is 10:16 wow . And this is very day no matter what day. 😟☹️

Yes!

Why did they start charging copays in 2015 for their poorest patients? I've been a home patient since 2008- they NEVER charged me a copay. Now they refuse to come if I don't pay copays I can't afford??? I'm very sick, homebound and mostly bedridden.

Perhaps because they can no longer absorb it and remain viable.
