I waited months for an appointment, only to have my first appointment rescheduled at the last minute, and then my rescheduled appointment (over a month after the first) was cancelled the day before. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

I’m trying to reach dr batula for weeks now. My son who needs attention because of his kidneys, desperately need the services of dr b.which were already established. We had an appointment…was on time….made sure all criteria were followed only for him to be refused when it came time for his appointment. I thought when u go into the medical field you take an oath to assist the patient as much as u can. Here my son, respectful man in pain with a big leision on his hand, needing assistance like yesterday gets turn away because of an insurance technicality. And this instance was not the first time. I need someone to not only read this but DO SOMETHING. This is crazy 🤔

I love this office and especially the doctor. He’s so thorough, kind and professional but yet funny so he puts you at ease. Don’t worry about the wait for an appointment. It’s worth it!!! ❤️
