I have been getting the treatment for my face and back, and so far good. I have only one suggestion that in the bill statement, please to provide the treatment payments in details or at least the transactions made. When I called to asked for a detailed explanation of services and transactions to keep it for my records, the representative in the billing department denied it and just told me that the credit card received it is all I will get. If I am paying out of pocket and I asked for a detail transactions statement, I believe that I should get it without getting rude. Thank you.

I would start by saying thank you to Ms. Joann one of the front desk ladies. She was so kind and help me get seen by a Doctor when I need it the most. The staff is very friendly at Metro Dermatologist and I recommend it to any one with a skin condition . Last but not least the place is very clean and they follow COVID protocols .
