Extremely slow process even with a scheduled appointment checked in at 11:50 for a 12:00 appointment just to sit and wait for 2 hours. This is by far the worse Lake After Hours I've ever been to in the Louisiana area.

Everyone there was very nice and caring, very professional. I appreciate that they helped me as much as they could. The nurses and the doctor were wonderful, and I thank them for being so considerate.

WORST experience at any facility EVER. Came in 8 months pregnant, extremely short of breath. Got NO attention in an empty office. There was no one waiting ahead of me or with me in the waiting room. I was told someone would be with me shortly, by the time I was called back 5-10 minutes had passed and I had become light headed. After FINALLY getting to the back, I still received no attention. I was tested for COVID before being given any breathing treatment or aid. My breathing was not even checked and I was there for 20+ minutes with NO ONE ELSE waiting and still received no treatment. At 8 months of a high risk twin pregnancy, I was offered no aid and ended up having to leave to purchase an inhaler from Walgreens on Main Street in an attempt to catch my breath. This was quicker than going to this sorry excuse of an URGENT care. Doing so helped almost immediately, while I was not offered any aid while wasting time at this facility. Save your time & go elsewhere.

Everyone were very professional, on time, office was very clean and most of all everyone listened. Best part was even a follow up call the next day. Great experience especially for a first time patient at this location.
