It was May 2020... My husband and I went to pick up a Uhaul somewhere in town at 7am... and it wasn't there. Uhaul texted us to go to Countryside Outdoor Power Equipment. We were scrambling and frustrated early morning... and the owner of this business greeted us with kindness and promptness at 8am. If it wasn't for him, we might not have made it to Denver on time. We do not live in Tennessee anymore but still think of, and am grateful for, the professionalism and kindness the owner showed us early that morning!! Hope you are doing well.

Needed a zero-turn mower and a trailer, and Mr. Rainwater hooked me up! Super friendly and informative! Never felt pressured and it was a very easy buying precess! I drove an hour there because of their google rating and they are fully deserving of the high rating, I wish I could give a sixth star!

Definitely worth the drive to get excellent service. David R. was great to offer advice and suggestions for the perfect mower needed after I told him my situation. Trust me and skip the big box store and come here for your mowing needs, they're just as cheap and offer great service before, during and after the sale. Plus they know what they're doing here, unlike the big boxes that just sell it and forget it. This is an honest opinion, I did not receive any discount or offer for my opinion, so....... it's got to be true. As I said, worth the drive.
