In the past, my experience here was pleasant. Recently something has changed. I’m not normally one to be harsh with workers that have “in-training” on their name tags, but I will be harsh when someone is rude for no reason. I went to this location today, 9/1/22, after spending over an hour researching the cheapest options online. I arrive and inform them I wanted the Simple Rate cost, that it should be around $25. The worker tells me he doesn’t know what that it is (a great start) and after typing everything in, tells me it’s gonna be over $40. I reply that the package qualifies for Simple Rate shipping, according to their website. Instead of asking me to show him, he just says “are you SURE you weren’t on the USPS site?” I remain calm, saying I won’t be paying that. I take my box to my car, go online, pay the shipping there (it was $27). I return to the store and bring the box in, get them to scan the barcode and ship it. At no point did they apologize or mention their mistake. Gonna avoid interacting with the employees if possible in the future.

I walked into the store to return an Amazon package and asked a simple question. The guy behind the counter was snippy and rude. He acted as if I was disrupting his day by being in his presence. After dismissing me he turned to the lady behind me and proceeded with her. She looked at me and asked if I was done because she noticed how he was acting. I told her no I would just go to another location and as I walked out the door he said "he must be having a bad day" talking about me. No he was just rude! I will definitely not be back to this location!

Brandi, not an overnight dropbox, but we do accept drop off UPS Packages and can give you a receipt for each drop off during the 58 hours we are open Monday though Saturday.

No. Fingerprint have to be obtained at a police station I beleive. There is also a fee associated with it I believe.
