Unfortunately they never seem to deliver where we live but every time we do pick up it's always fresh and everyone's very nice we love Papa John's pizza!

DO NOT order delivery from this store. I'm not sure what has happened with Papa Johns but they are really going down hill, their pizza used to be good! Today we placed a delivery order for a staff lunch and gave them ample time. We lave lunch 12-1 in between patients. At checkout, it said 43-50 mins. It actually took 1 hour and 30 mins. It was delivered by Door Dash and the gentleman was very kind and understanding of my irritation. He said "they must not have any drivers so they called us ." We paid a total of $18.50 for the delivery fee and tip online at checkout. When the pizza finally arrived everyone had 15 mins left in their lunch break to eat. The pizza was cold, dry and poor quality. It was basically no good! This will be the last time I order from Papa Johns, will not be making that mistake again.

If I could rate no stars I would . Placed an order online, paid $15 for delivery, it has been almost 3 hours and we just got the notification that the driver is on the way. What happened to 30 minutes or less? How about an hour or less? Pizza arrived… ice cold, “quality seal” is not sealed… awful service.
