After searching and twice directed to the wrong area, I finally found an employee who knew her store!! Thank you to new employee, Angel, for exemplary customer service. I was just about to give up and leave when I saw her smiling face. She guided me right where I needed to look and helped me search. Lowes needs to hire more employees like her. Smart. Personable and caring bout your customers.

The selection isn't as great as it use to be. Some of the associates leaves something to be desired.

Horrible customer service. This is why I don't go to Lowe's. I tried to change my own mind again but this is the reason why I quit going on the first place. People have no idea what they are talking about that work there they should know more than "oh that's a pipe". 🤔 They couldn't tell me where the toggle bolt anchors were.

store was clean, service was friendly, they call you for a week or two to pick up an order and when you get there to get it they don't even know where it's at so you spend the better part of an hour waiting on it
