We stayed here in April of 2022. This is a nice small campground right on the shore of Lake Seminole. We have a 38 foot trailer and we were able to maneuver pretty well into our spot. (not all sites are that big) We used the campground as a jump off spot to kayak some of the clear springs in Jackson and Washington Counties. The town of Snead's that it is in is small but has gas stations a small grocery store and of course a Dollar General. 😁 The park was very quiet and when we were there the camp hosts were friendly and helpful. There are only two times a day the park Rangers we're at the registration building (9am to 9:30 and 4pm to 4:30 oh and that is Central time zone). The only downside was the road coming in was very rough in spots and the don't have onsite sewage. (They do have a very nice dump station and for the price it is a great deal overall.) We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great State Park , we were only here for 1 night, and would have liked to stay a little longer , it's a small camp ground with only 30 sights we were in site 19. Just off the pier across the lake we could see an eagles nest with chicks inside and several Eagles flying around the area. The campsites are nice and big, the bathhouse was very tidy and clean. Take your bug spray for the no-see-ums. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is the road into the camp area needs repair; there are some fairly large holes to Dodge. And the trails could do with some tiding up. We would for sure visit this park again. PJV

Nice recovery from Micheal! Small campground with good sites. They are not crammed together. We caught some big bluegill from the dock, they were very tasty. Also caught a turtle, he was returned safely. Wildflowers and wildlife everywhere. We had a curious armadillo hanging around.

Right on the water (site 13), we could sit and watch an Eagle's nest from our site. Two nest in this area. We purchased firewood, it was $5 a bucket. They brought it right to our site. Water and electric sites only. Bathrooms are clean and set up with plenty of room to get dress.

The park has volunteers, I was only a camper...
I believe there's one primitive cabin on site with no TV or internet so people can unplug there, but still check first.
Yes
Way too many gators in the lake. Try Blue Springs Park over in Marianna . . . Well worth the short drive . . .
Not this time of year
I do not remember ezactly but its not more than $4. Camping is half price for seniors.
Need in March thanks
Not sure, maybe you should call the employees or rangers.
Bears, not normally but 1 could always be passing through.
There bike trails, hiking trails and also canoes to rent. Very nice place to stay.
Fishing, canoeing, biking or hiking, my kids liked walking looking for deer, etc
No, Florida State Parks are limited to 2 weeks at a time.
Just the camping area when I visited in April.
Yes but to be completely frank i went there and it wasn't a really big mix of all kinds of folks. It was kind of claustrophobic with no space between campers, there was clothes hanging from trees garbage dumpsters overflowing and it was in a hollow without much light coming in from up above ...Overall it looked depressing but this is just my opinion. Id also like to add that this account is 3 years old
Yes the park is open, and the last I heard the campground was scheduled to open in May.
Try reserveamerica.com However, if you are planning on camping anytime soon, I noticed when I went to this site, that it is closed because of damage from the hurricane.
Yes
They do not but they have bike trails and hiking. It is a breathtaking woods with tons of alligators deer and squirrel. It was also the first time I had ever seen a fox squirrel.
Horses are not allowed anyplace at ThreeRivers State Park, Sneads Florida. Never have been allowed here.
Thank you, Jim
It is named for the main rivers associated with Lake Seminole: the Chattahoochee and the Flint (which flow into it from Georgia), and the Apalachicola (whose source is the lake itself.)
