Horses are not allowed anyplace at ThreeRivers State Park, Sneads Florida. Never have been allowed here.
It's a huge park I don't see why not as long as you stay out of the camp site and pedestrian areas like north of the lakes is beautiful

Not sure. I have seen people ride horses in this park
As far as I know they only allow small pets, like a dog or cat that stays in your camper or tent.
