I go here for the avocado toast (now with roasted tomatoes, yum!) and the green tea. I really like both those items on the Dunkin menu, especially since I am vegan.

Stopped there at a little after 11 am on a Saturday ordered a big box of donut holes and 3 breakfast sandwiches with hash rounds and a mocha moolatte. Everything was great and the drivethru went pretty quick. Workers were nice and didnt rush me when i was ordering. I will however recommend you go early if you want a good selection of donuts or donut holes because they sell out quick. All they had left when i got there were glazed and blueberry donut holes.

I went here for the first time the other day, and my experience was terrible. I walked in and was the only person in the dining room, and even though I could see at least 5 employees, it still took more than 10 minutes before anyone decided to greet me. Not even so much as a "hello" when I walked through the door. I even tried to address my issue and no one bothered to even listen to me. I left feeling upset. I understand the drive threw was busy, but i was a customer too and they just ignored me like i wasnt there. Honestly, in my opinion, this Dunkin's customer service really stinks. Safe to say I wont be going back anytime soon, nor will i recommend this particular Dunkin' Doughnuts to anyone.

The service here has always been variable but since they re-opened after the re-model things have improved quite a bit. The new manager (in the afternoons when I go) is great. He gets the orders exactly right and if anything is wrong or out he will take care of it. And the food is tasty and a good value.
