I dont know if this team gets enough credit. Working downtown is hard and how busy they are. They bust there butts everyday never complain and smile. They all deserve more money. Amazing job!

Rude charged me more for my drink than any other SB. went to the one in burlington 4.75 and the one in map rd 4.75 this one 6.25 i ask for the manager and when she came and looked at it she said oh no this is the correct price everywhere else is charging you the wrong price

You Gotta Give it to Starbucks; They are Consistent. Starbucks’ strength is in how rigidly consistent they are in their preparation and execution of their food and drinks. I typically order the same thing (peppermint mocha, with four shots of espresso) and it comes out the same at every location. Of course, I’ve had the occasional screw-up, but they have been far and few between. This location prepped my drink and sandwich just like I’ve had it back home in Kansas City. They have a nice setup of high and low tables right next to the windows overlooking an intersection in downtown Cincinnati. The employees there are either working to serve customers or cleaning the establishment. The wi-fi is good with reliable connections; I clocked the speed at 35 mbps. One thing I will say about consistency is that it creates the need to simplify products and find efficiencies at the cost of quality. One of the best business lessons I learned is you can only pick two of the following three: good, fast, or cheap. And depending on your tastes, patience, and expenditure threshold, Starbucks can get sliced in many ways. For me, in this experience, I say my drink was good and fast, and my sandwich was fast and cheap. Overall, a fine experience and I will continue my patronage… despite Starbucks’ unfavorable changes to their loyalty program.
