Bkack dude(doesn't matter just identifying person) blue hoodie, hood up, wrong order, had to hand it back, no receipt, no interaction, talking about an argument he had with some woman and how "she not gon' do me like that" to his coworkers instead of paying attention to what he's doing. Omelet bites were hard and not good at all. I'll stick with the Dunkin by my work on cin-day rd. Norwood Dunkin is not for me.

Great experience most of the time. A couple occasions I was there after opening and they weren't open despite the hours stating they should've been.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke and employees just standing around! I had a food app delivery I stopped there for. A kid was standing on the front line touching his lips putting Vaseline on his lips and the order wasn't ready yet. I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for them to make the order. After he touched his bare hands to his mouth, he then proceeded to make the order without washing his hands first. No management was there. So ridiculous and disgusting!
