Staff was slow & very incompetent... Paid for a bottle of water, given a cup; they asked 4 times what my drink order was even though it was an online order; 5 minutes at the window waiting for a small latte; rude behavior; etc. Ultimately a huge waste of my time, money & effort. Will never come to this location again.

Love their simple, healthy snack creations like the avocado and hummus toasts and their hash browns (awesome garlic flavor, though admittedly, a bit soggy).

Had a great experience at this location was my 1st time visiting, the drive thru was long but steady. Most importantly our food was hot and fresh. Customer service was stellar.
