The younger Caucasian Woman at 530am on 6/10/2022, Heard the order given to the Man at the Cash register and took 10 minutes to start wiping down clean latte syrup bottles instead of getting my drink ready since I was the only one in the store. I waited for an additional time frame before she handed me a Venti Ice Coffee with no sugar and no whip cream and zero cinnamon. I ordered a Venti Cinnamon Dolce Ice Latte and the Incompetent or Racist Lady gave me a tasteless Ice Coffee. I would've given 1 star but the rest of the staff were great to include the Older Caucasian Lady who heated up my Breakfast sandwiches and the African American Male Who was doing Inventory but serviced me with a smile in a timely manner. Racist Hires need to not happen. And if she is not Racist then she needs to be retrained because I wish I could get a Refund on my Latte that I never received.

The morning shift have my empathy. They are slammed with people.and they all stay pleasant. The afternoon shift made my order wrong 2-3 times. I don't create impossibly long lists of things and my order was still incorrect. I hope that it gets better. For now, I stick with the day shift

Use to be a pleasure to visit. Last visit was rude and unprofessional, by the store owner I believe, who didn't even cover his nose properly while serving customers. Alternated between register and food/beverage production without washing hands. So shamefull. 12-28 update - was informed by shift manager that she and other employees are to refuse my order as instructed by the store manager, because i ask for a remake when the drink doesn't taste right. Shamefully disregarding starbucks core barista promise.

I may have just hit this location on a bad day while traveling- but I waited 15 minutes for my coffee- which isn’t the end of the world but is a long time when normal times are under 5 mins. The place was packed but it was 2pm on Friday. It’s right off the highway so that is nice from an access standpoint- but the specific parking lot is a U-trap and when it’s busy it’s messy. The actual drink was fine- just the experience was poor. So hopefully if/when you go it will be faster for you.
