Worst customer service for any business I've dealt with. Impossible to talk to a "careteam member" and get questions answered or make an appointment. Worth going a little further to CT or to any provider you can find outside of caremount.

Horrible experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and checked in prior to arriving. I was told to wait in the lobby for about 10 min. I was then yelled at by the doctor for being late. I apologized as I was caught of haired by his aggressive tone. I later realized I was actually on time. Was there for a potentially serious skin matter and had to deal with this.

Radiology department is disaster. Expect to wait and be lied to. They are not concerned about your health or that you actually have things going on. Brutal

Awful-awful-awful. Did not provide service I went in for. Barely looked at me. Barely spoke to me. Then said we were done. I went up to the receptionist who said there was no bill and I could leave. I just received a bill in the mail, almost 2 months later, for almost $400.00. "Doctor" Ravi Shah did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NOTHING. ZERO. I was with him for maybe 3 minutes. How disgraceful that he calls himself a doctor.
