Awe yes... Guitar Center Henrietta. This place reminds me of a my friends parents divorce in middle school. It used to be so cool and good looking, and everyone loved shopping this store! It had impressive displays, and a number of people on hand to help with all things music, and they were easily gonna help you make a purchase and leave in a timely manner, and happy. Sadly, much like after the breakup... it looks sad , confused and a distant shadow of what it once was. The employees aren't the problem here, I would say they are all great for sure, also they clearly need more people working in this store, where is everybody? I have sat in drums for 10 minutes, never seen a single employee the entire time I was sitting there waiting, I basically helped myself and found the drum heads I was searching for. Drums- The selection and inventory for drums in this store is lacking compared to others, and it used to be one of the places you could always find a great mix of products and great dudes to help you make decisions on products. The merchandising in this department is also terrible these days, it's empty looking for sure. The guitar section looks okay, but also doesn't resemble what it used to. Not many cabs or larger size options when we were in there to look at, and the wall had a lot of cheap guitars, not much high end.. it used to be like a dream catalog, you could find rare and great rigs in it for sure. Pro audio/digital stuff is always gonna be good at any guitar center, they see a future in this section and clearly see its popularity. I'm sure this one has what your looking for, the dudes who work in it do a great job and will get you what you need (if it's in stock) Basically, it's hit or miss on what your gonna find here depending on what your looking for these days. If you used to shop here years ago, get ready for some changes.

Rude female staff member (sitting at music lessons table today) was the last straw for me. Place is a joke. It’s the Kmart of music stores. There are better local options in Rochester and Sweetwater online. Stop giving theses people your money.
