Horrible customer service at least when it comes to health coverage. The worst, actually! They give you "dedicated" reps and you cannot seem to avoid them. Rep was rude. Never answered any questions or requests. Took over 3 weeks worth of emails requesting more info from "my rep" just to accept what was already set up because no options were given after numerous requests

They sent several of my colleagues' W-2 forms to the wrong address, and to my knowledge, never bothering to inform them. I cannot stress how much this company, particularly this office in Rochester, should be avoided

The absolute WORST service on the planet. Don't sign up and expect anything to be easy. Better yet, try paying into your benefits for practically a year for your family and they screw up and don't have your spouse on the policy with the insurance carrier. I have been bounced back and forth by Paychex left and right with absolutely NOBODY fixing this problem. Don't count on anyone caring because they will transfer you department to department, fob you off on Prudential, then Prudential back to them and to finally be told, well you may have to figure out who your HR Generalist is.....
