I've spent numerous times visiting my dad here before his passing, and I fell in love with shelter cove. The people are wonderful, the atmosphere is amazing and just the place id love to live out my elder years. I definitely recommend, shelter cove.

Yes they accept dogs and I think lot rent all depends on size and location would you just have to call him a lot of them are individually owned and they rent them and there are numbers on the lots
Everyone home for the summer. Your best bet is to call about a rental. This place nice but costly. Good luck

No, most rental sites are rented by the month, many require a 6 month lease minimum.
Used to be AND Supposed to be But these slum lords rent to anybody for 700-800$ a Month for a little trailer, Then you pay 135$ a Month for condo fees
