If I can give a zero I would. My family and I will never dine in or out of this location ever again. We went through the drive thru and when I checked our order we were missing a wrap we paid for. I went inside with what we were given and my receipt. I was very polite and explained I was missing a wrap and showed them my receipt. When I tell you the staff was very rude and unprofessional that would be an understatement. Only one young lady took the time to listen, look at the receipt, and agree we were missing the wrap we ordered. One young man who was working the window told the girl making the wrap "If it were me".... then a minute later he made another comment "Where's my food"... I had my kids with me so of course I stood calm and very polite even thanking them for making the wrap and we went on our way. My family and I will make the drive to the new location going towards Venice even though we would be going out of our way. This location doesn't deserve my business nor my money. This location needs a serious overhaul on employees as well as management.

Waited 15 minutes in the lobby to order and no one was up front to take orders. We ended up walking out and so did the line behind us. This store is a joke. Never gets orders right, and the service is horrible. I'm guessing the owner doesn't care about profits and let's it walk out the door. Avoid this store if you can.

On top of forgetting to put my hash browns in the agenda this is the bacon i got on my sandwich. This dunkin literally is the worst. The coffee is never the same the service is always slow and rude.

the last couple of times i have came to this location they have messed up my drink and i ALWAYS tip. not once have i not . now i’ve been in like for 35 minutes , and still have not even gotten to the order thing. people are beeping out here and throwing their hands up, it’s absolutely ridiculous. literally each car sits at the order speaker for 8 minutes each .
