Great Pizza and they cut it and make it just the way I love, but I just called and placed an order through the robot, then called to talk to someone just to make sure it was going to be cut in squares and the girl who answered the phone sounded annoyed and just hung up with out a thank you or have a good night. Not good customer service. I guess that’s why they have robots.

Worst customer service ever. I literally spoke with the manager Sean and he seriously needs to read a book on management for dummies. I ordered pizza an hour and a half ago and nothing. I called and was placed on hold and hung up on. I call back and was told it was delivered. I walked out front and nothing. He says we will remake it and I’ll have my driver drop it off. No sorry no nothing. I’ll go to Zios instead. I just wanted to be lazy and have delivery but I know better now.

The pizza is usually good but we got no sauce on our pizza and asked for no peppers ang got 1/2 pizza with peppers and half with none. It was weird. But, usually everything is perfect. Maybe an off night.
