Trust me when I say please don’t go here. You will come out with more problems than u did going in. Anywhere else is better than this place and I hope they get shut down. Awful people, awful experience. Go to a place that will actually care for you. Yes there are good people but the bad outweigh the good by a lot. This place is truly damaging. If you need serious help this is not the place!!!

I’ve had the same issue. Unfortunately the answer is they are understaffed and the people they have don’t care!
Don’t go there they don’t help you and don’t care about. The staff lies to you about your care and what they are going to do for you.

Yes, you can. They will work with you on payment or depending on your financial ability take care of the bill. But that requires background check.

Wait for the insurance to run out. They will keep you there as long as they are getting paid as soon as insurance runs dry they will discharge you.
They only want to get paid! Even if you have insurance I recommend you stay away!

Yes there are visiting hours twice a day. Different units have slightly different times. They also can evaluate you there, go to admissions for an evaluation. I hope you feel better💜
