Only giving it 2 stars because the store itself isn’t bad for the things you would need there. But the pharmacy, like most others, is absolutely horrendous. First of all, you’d better hope you never need to call them… they WILL NOT answer the phones! I’ve called many times, and just sat on hold for 20, 30 minutes or more, only to have the phone finally ring as if it is going to be picked up, but then disconnects. They either need more help back there or need to learn how to multitask. Even while at the drive thru window, there’s been many times where I’m the only one there and am just ignored for quite a few minutes… watching the workers just pass by the window without even letting me know that they’ll be with me soon. No acknowledgement at all. And they need to get a better speaker system because when they finally do try to help you, you can’t hear a word they’re saying especially when the LIRR trains are going by right next to the store. So if you need to just shop there, it’s usually ok. But pharmacy-wise, you won’t be happy. Update 4 months after this post: SERIOUSLY THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!! 9 hours to fill one antibiotic prescription, 45 minutes on hold to inquire about the status of it, they pick up the phone and hang up on me! Go to the pharmacy and there’s about 6 people ahead of me, and there was 3 cars on line in the drive thru. Get more help or learn how to move faster. CVS here I come. Anything has to be better than this unacceptable nonsense.

I went to the pharmacy specifically to Labcorp and the person who gave me the service was a lady with a bad attitude…my son and I were waiting for our turn when she called us, we went to the office and I told them that she was very rude, my son is only 4 years and she spoke loudly to him because he touched something and how Niño finally wanted to look and she very rudely told him what are you doing? She wasn't kind to me either, she was very rude... if I could just not give her a delighted star it would be bad service I wanted to take her name but I didn't have it on her clothes;

Today this pharmacy almost killed me. I needed a refill on my blood pressure medication and they refused to give it to me because I was one day early. This pharmacy is the worst I’ve been to, is barely managed and they DO NOT care about your health. Luckily CVS was able to give me an emergency days worth which saved me a ER visit.

The drive through pharmacy is ridiculously slow. 45 minute wait with 3 cars ahead of me. Don’t anticipate speedy service.

It has a pickup and drop off location on site. You must create your own label before dropping off though.
