Definitely a change of pace from the typical chain restaurants for lunch. Overlooking a beautiful golf course. View this club like atmosphere as a good menu, a pleasant staff and a comfortable place to have lunch. Lunch. We eat here about once a month. And we're not golfers. I would say half the people at lunch today. We're not golfers. So other people have found us a fun place to go for lunch.

This was our first time going to their regular buffet. Unless there was a different entrance that we were not aware of, we came in just a few feet in front of the dessert station. I thought it was an odd placement. The staff was wonderful and friendly, and are server, Carla, was an absolute darling and very attentive. She was very friendly and came back to check on us often. Our table was right next to the bar, which was a bit noisy. However, the view of the golf course and pond was lovely. The selection of food was varied -- enough for everyone, including salad, sushi, smoked salmon, potatoes, vegetables, oysters Rockefeller, cod, other types of fish, homemade cornbread, BBQ chicken, and pork. There are two things I would like to note: the peel and eat shrimp were not up to par on this particular evening. They were difficult to peel and very dry. The prime rib, although good, could have been better. It was a bit dry but not completely intolerable. If you love sweets, the dessert table is where you want to be. They had a little bit of everything from make your own ice cream sundae to cheesecake, chocolate pudding, cookies, bread pudding, and other more unique offerings. At some point, we will give it another try as we feel this might have been an off night as far as the quality of some of the food was concerned. Non-alcoholic drinks are covered in the fixed price. I ordered a glass of Moscato -- everything else was non-alcoholic. Dinner for two including tax and gratuity came to $125. It should be noted that they do take COVID precautions. A gentleman was by the buffet handing out gloves to diners so they would not handle the serving utensils with their bare hands.

Excellent lunch today. Wife and I shared the roasted mushrooms with spinach, cheese, and cream. Awesome! Then we split a turkey sandwich on rye with fries. Waiter was William. Awesome. Wonderful afternoon
