My partner, who was an established patient and had a therapist through you all, has been trying to speak to someone and get on medication for months. They were repeatedly cancelled with and then told they needed to be put on a wait list with no idea of when they would hear back from you all. They suffer from psychosis and it’s getting to the point where functioning is hard. The facility recently expanded their radius to cover more people but have not increased staff to compensate. I get that it’s hard and everyone is understaffed. But if you can’t get back to people in crisis trying to reach out for help, you should close.

I have been going here for over a year now and it's a hit and miss situation the first therapist I had here was terrible and I could tell she didn't actually care about me. The first nurse practitioner I had here wasn't that good either. After that I would like to say that the second therapist I got was awesome he really helped me through some stuff, because of my work with him I have become a much less angry individual, I am sad to see him go, but people move all the time. I believe that the next therapist I have here will probably be good too. I would also like to say to people thinking about going here, take a chance, you may end up with someone you really like, and if you don't find someone else it is not much of a problem to switch therapists.

I think the therapists/nurses, aswell as the police officers that greet you should think before they speak. For example, When someone comes to their appointment and is taking their keys and phone out of their pocket, it is extremely disgusting for the officer to ask "Is that a knife?". When nothing led them to believe it would be for one. &Secondly, the therapists/nurses should mind the way they speak to people about their conditions. Maybe narcissists shouldn't be working in such facilities.

...creepy place...not all professional...i found their treatment to be similar to that of a factory farm...it was somewhat caustic...i had an experience in which i was led to talk to therapists at their facility to assess a potential condition...in my experience, one of the therapists was combative, reactive, and imposed their personal/subjective opinions and prejudice over my trust, sharing and well-being... ...that's scary stuff for a facility that is supposed to help people deal with their personal issues, fears and hardships...you'd think that delicate matters of such mental health would be handled with care...their facility struck a clear chord of no confidence...i didn't trust sharing anything with them given my experience...i walked away and they never even bothered to check in with me to process what had happened or why i refrained from making any further appointments... ...i can only assume that they lack a system of checks and balances for determining whether they are providing an efficient or valuable service to their patients...how can such a thing be overlooked in something as important as a mental health facility?...proceed at your own risk...
