Very unhappy and embarrassed. When I move to Jackson, Georgia in 2020 is when I came across this clinic. Everyone at the time was so nice and professional. Today I have experience the total opposite. When I was talking to the receptionist a technician came and was speaking rough about one of dogs situation when that should had been behind doors and not in front of a total stranger. Then I was attended. I was having my dog nails cut. I was not taken to a room, the technician came and took my dog to the back. My dog was giving them a hard time because he was freaking out. When both technicians came to me being in the reception area with other people waiting to be attended heard how one technician was speaking to me. She was yelling at me by telling me what to do with my animal and being very rude and unprofessional. I was supposed to be spoken separately not having my business out in the open. Also not being spoken as if I was her child. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Exceptional service and staff. It's rare places have what customers need and expect. Even rarer to find the ones that pisses the quality of excellence to keep customers coming back. So just wanted to let everyone know how great this veterinary clinic is. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years now. We visited for the first time today and we were so impressed! They took us back right away for our dog’s well visit! The office staff was so nice and kind which is important. And the vet came in and spoke with us personally! Very nice place and we will be back for sure.
