Placed an order for a large 3 topping pizza & bread sticks, Order said it was ready for pickup on the app got to the restaurant & the employee stated that there were still 3 orders ahead of mine even though my app said the pizza was ready for pickup… What is the point of being able to order ahead if you don’t keep up with those orders placed early? Worst pizza place in Jackson, Way better off to go to The Brickery where you can get real customer service and a much better quality for the good you pay for.

I preordered one pan that looked like a hand tossed and one hand tossed that looked like a thin. The dough was not cooked through and it looked like they skimped on the sauce. In the past, this has not been an issue but I was disappointed. Maybe because this time was a different crew. This occurred on 12/10/2021.

I hadn't seen a Pizza hut buffet in forever.... This Pizza Hut is awesome. The staff is just incredible. They really made you feel like family.... As I say with all buffets: Come hungry and ready to eat. The food was nice and hot, and there was a great selection to choose from. They have a salad bar and they have dessert to choose from. Best service I've ever experienced.......
