Phenomenal experience, Lauren was absolutely amazing. I've lived in Roswell for 10 years and had no idea about the history, very well explained. I will definitely be doing this again when friends visit from out of town. Thank you.

just went on the 17th, honestly very scary. I saw a few things a felt someone tap my on the shoulder and pull my hair (could just be a coincidence idk?) in one of the photos on the top part of the playground there’s a hooded person and then there’s a thing that looks like a child on the steps, my brother, me, and my friend looked at the playground and there was nothing, on the way back home I zoomed in and there the hooded figure was. I also saw a face but it could just be stairs anyways, I really recommend this place and I hope I get to go again soon!

This was the biggest waste of time and money that I can possibly describe. The tour guide spoke incessantly while we stood on street corners and in front of supposed haunted homes and a graveyard, telling fantastical stories of what she had heard from others (but had never personally witnessed). There were no supernatural sightings or experiences of any kind... and while I didn't expect anything like that to occur, necessarily, the tour itself lulled us into utter boredom about 20 minutes into the 2.5 hour tour. It was more of a history lesson about Roswell with some very exaggerated stories about ghost sightings (always that other people had told her about) which amounted to hearsay, versus any first hand account on the part of the guide. I doubt, seriously, the validity of 95% of what we were told. So, If you don't mind trespassing on people's properties hoping to see a ghost in the window or hiding behind a tree on the property, or walking through a decrepit graveyard, (with plain rocks for supposed headstones) - while the tour guide prattles on endlessly talking of hauntings from headless bodies which are buried underneath a nearby home's inground pool (huh??) - then this is the tour for you.

Hi Cindy, like our Facebook page if you will and whenever we schedule an investigative tour it will be posted there. These fill up quick as we keep party size small to avoid contamination. These are more expensive than our regular tour.
