Room was okay. Could use some updates. Staff was friendly. Easy check in. Building itself is a little rundown. Breakfast was pretty good.

The front desk staff were both super nice. My room was upgraded to a suite. It was very large and nice. It looks like the entire hotel was updated recently. The only issues I had was the tv had some issues but that’s because someone had unplugged something from the back of it. And the beds weren’t comfortable at all which is unusual for IHG. And if you need Wifi, just forget that. It was the worst Wifi I’ve experienced. I have unlimited data so it wasn’t a huge deal but if it would’ve been a weekday that I stayed, I would’ve had to leave immediately for work bc Wifi would not stay connected at all. Hoping to get there early enough next time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Also housekeeping was yelling down the hallway with each other at 8 am and woke me up which is unfortunate as I usually don’t go to sleep until 3-4 am so I got very little sleep.

Positive: The staff of the hotel were extremely helpful. The breakfast was nice. Negative: This was explained as 16 miles away from appointment. The Roads in-between were very crowded and difficult to understand.

I live an hour away from where i work. I got a room due to the weather as I usually do. Normally I stay at a different hotel, until now. The room was warm, clean and inviting and didn't smell of cigarette smoke like the hotel I used in the past.The manager (sorry I didn't get your name) was more than helpful when I told her I had to leave long before breakfast (she allowed me to get something when I was checking in). I will definitely be staying here again if need be. Rated a 2 star but definitely should be higher.
