I am so upset that my doctor is leaving. Zoua Yang truly was one of the best, she took my pain seriously and got down to the bottom of it. She listened and let me finish without interruption and telling me to deal with it. Why are doctors leaving? My husbands doctor, which he liked very much, left also the year before. What is happening to our healthcare?

It appears all the good doctors have left this place. I ran out of my Flovent inhaler refills... Walgreens tries to process a temp refill and it doesn't go thru. My regular doctor, Dr. Gregory has moved on to a sport clinic somewhere in Point I guess. When I tried to get a refill after informing Jill, the nurse that I have had no recourse but to use my rescue inhaler and nebulizer, she said, "what you think are asthma symptoms are actually hiding behind the Covid." Like she knows my asthma symptoms? Like she's my doctor that prescribed Flovent?

I have never had so many issues with healthcare than at this location. The nurses don't seem to look at prior medical history and this has led to NUMEROUS problems with scheduling. I had to get a Rabies vaccine series, as I'm in veterinary school, and I was yelled at over the phone because if I was bitten, I should not be calling this location. If I was actually bitten, why on EARTH would I be casually calling at 2pm on a Tuesday? Not to mention I barely got to explain that I am a veterinary student and I need this vaccine for occupational reasons. I also had an IUD placed and removed here and the experience was hands down the worst I've ever had. Instruments just tossed on a table, touched by ungloved hands, and then when I was bleeding a significant amount, I was just handed a pad and told to clean myself up. So incredibly dehumanizing and I left feeling disgusted and disgusting. I tried scheduling my booster dose of Pfizer and was told by a HIGHLY exasperated nurse/receptionist that they did not have that vaccine yet and no, they do NOT know when they'll get it in. The woman I spoke with was so incredibly rude, I'm glad I couldn't get in at this location. At least I live in a different state now and I don't have to go to this location because at this point, I never want to come back unless this happened to be the last hospital on earth.
