If I could give zero stars I would. I sent my college son into the ER with dizziness, blurred vision, vomitting, nausea, and tingling/numbness in his hands. After waiting to see a doctor, all they did was give him medicine for the nausea and ran a Covid and Influenza test. They didn't even wait for the results and sent him back to the dorm. The doctor didn't even do routine exam and check his eyes or ears. Embarrassingly bad care!

Customer services was really bad, they weren’t helpful. Their website is also down so I can’t access that at all.

After a rocky transition from Ascension to Aspirus, I can once again get in touch with my daughter's doctor in under 10 minutes. phew. They are doing much better now... in general. And our doctors and nurses are wonderful as always.

Children who visit this clinic are required to have exactly one guardian managing their health, not two. If you are not the one designated guardian, and and your child's appointment is canceled, you will receive no notification and if you used PTO to manage your child's health, you can just kiss that goodbye.
