I just want to express how impressed I have been with my interaction with your staff at Pavilion Compounding Pharmacy! After sending a request for information about compounding a generic formulation for migraine relief, I received a response almost immediately from one of the co-owners giving me the approximate cost and verifying they could handle this compound request with no problem. After contacting my local compounding pharmacist who had indicated having some trouble locating the necessary chemicals (as well as the major cost involved), he indicated that he had good results with transferring some business to Pavilion in the past. I called Pavilion, left a message, and later that afternoon a young lady called from Pavilion indicating they had obtained the script from my local pharmacist and that she needed to set up my information for processing and delivery. I just received the completed script via UPS today and I am beyond impressed with your company's level of professionalism, can-do attitude, and service to the patient!
