I was very frustrated speaking with the 800 number with an online banking issue I couldn’t understand her & she was absolutely no help! We went to the branch here in North Conway & Jamie not only helped us but I was still having an issue & I called her directly & she helped me out and the problem was solved. I was at the bank in North Conway on an EXTREMELY busy day. I was looking to open a checking account. I waited in line for quite some time. The first available teller told me NO WAY is it possible to do it today. A nice young man named Riley that was working next to her said he would make time. If I didn't mind waiting. So he helped get the lines down. As he said he helped me open my account. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He helped me with all my banking needs while giving me his undivided attention as to what I was looking for in a bank. He went above and beyond his job. If you are ever lucky enough to have him as your teller you will see what I mean. Hats off to you Riley northeast credit union is lucky to have such an attentive employee. I believe you need an ID that's the bank that I use the tellers and the staff are very nice people very helpful and they will go out of their way to help you
