Dropped off curtains, shears, and comforter, and was told it would be ready in about a week on a Wednesday. Called that Wednesday and they said they wanted to know if it was ok to extend it to Friday they needed more time because linen curtains have to be dry before pressed or will shrink. Ok (I mean I guess it has to be right?) oh, also the rubber backing started to peel in another set of curtains even though followed instructions. Fine. Called back Friday and told yes everything was ready for pick up. Got there and the linen curtains weren’t ready after all still damp. 20 mile round trip/gas/money for nothing grrrr. They said would text later that day when should be ready. No text ever received. Called Saturday “yes” ready! Wahoo. Asked for discount for all all the trouble. Was told 10% off- ok sounds fine but then I think it ended up being $10 off rather than 10%. Whatever fine. Price cost more than just buying new curtains. Got home, hung the linen curtains (4 of them) and they are are not same lengths from each other now (some shorter than others) and visibly shrunken despite the extra time for this to not happen. Also what looks to be weird pale rust colored water stains or fading from something else? Idk - I didn’t see until hung. I now have to buy all new drapes for two large sliders. A very frustrating expensive experience. Will not go back
