Yes. When we had ours fixed, she became more friendly and cuddly. Previously she was very standoffish.

I hope you were able to get a visit with a vet. Unfortunately, since this forum is basically customers that are answering questions about the vet office, they aren't going to answer questions here. They are a very good veterinary office with very reasonable prices if you do end up going there.
