IMHO I have never had a problem. Doesn't mean it could not happen, but so far so good. Receptionists have always been polite.

I have never really had any problems with rudeness, but the receptionists are constantly on the phone making appointments. It's past time I had no problems with anyone at all for anything everything was copacetic.

Got a typical screening call and was told I didn’t need to remove my piercings for my MRI, that they’d put tape on it. Get there today and they are super rude tell me I need to take out my piercings which I can’t do on my own especially with my hurt hand and then they try and get me to remove my birth control. I couldn’t do either. They never did my mri and were super condescending and rude. Will not go back. I cried for 25 mins in the parking lot over how rude they were. No apology for the inconvenience for nothing. 50 minute drive there and back wasted.
