WHENEVER I FIRST MOVED N IT WAS SO NICE.. EVERYTHING GOT FIXED WHEN SOMETHING BROKE.. THE PARKING LOT WAS CLEARED N THE WINTER.. NOW, NOTHING GETS FIXED. IVE BEEN WAITING A YEAR N A HALF TO GET MY STOVE FIXED, MY CLOSET DOOR FELL OFF OVER A YEAR AGO, THE HALLWAYS R SO DIRTY N NASTY, THE WASHER N DRYER IS ALWAYS BROKE N THERES NEVER A OUT OF ORDER SIGN ON EITHER SO U WASTE UR MONEY N UR TIME. ITS LITERALLY BROKE MORE OFTEN THEN IT WORKS... MY BALCONY SCREEN HAS BEEN BROKE SINCE I MOVED N A YEAR N A HALF AGO.. N THE LIST GOES ON.. I LOVE MY APARTMENT BUT NOTHING GETS FIXED..THE RENT WENT UP N NOW THEY R SELLING IT SO IM REALLY HOPING IT DONT GO UP AGAIN!!!

I would give them no stars if I could but unable to do that. Management does not care about tenants living in the apartments they only care about getting their money. Management has no people or customer service skills as they are very rude …

I think a 1 bedroom is 500$ and Under. A 2 bedroom we pay 595$
Its the new Highland park. Looks good on outside but thats a lie. They rent to anyone. People are dirty and loud all hours
