Our Lifetime Warranty covers all of the mechanisms/working parts (ie.- strings, cords, wands, mechanisms, etc) You bring the blind/shade back into the showroom and we will send it back to the factory to be repaired free of charge!

If you are having an installer install the blinds, then you just need to set up your installation appointment and pay the balance (if any). The installer will then pick up your blinds on the day of your installation and bring them to you. If you are not using an installer, you can go to the showroom to pick up your blinds and then install on your own at home.
