I've lived here for almost 4 years. I only know 1 neighbor but he is nice. The roads could use some work but the park manager is great. He is very helpful.

Very quite trailer park that's extremely child friendly. Park for the kids. There are some shady people like every place but as long as they stay away from me. My neighbors great after a year I still have yet to meet him. Collage kids on the other side are amazing. I don't have a problem with letting my kids out in the yard by themselves
