I called to reorder chairs. The woman on the phone for orders is very rude. She got upset at me for asking why pricing has gone up 50% for something they store in a warehouse. This is the first time ever someone that I am calling to place an order has hung up on me! I was going to buy them regardless of price, but there is no way I am calling back.

Told us we would have our tables in a few days. We placed the order shortly after and they told us it would now be about 2 weeks. After 3 weeks they are unresponsive. It has taken 3 emails over the course of a week to get a response. A response that had no information about my order but promised an informative follow up that day. We have still heard nothing. It has been 5 days since then.

Chinese crooks delivered inferior product then admitted to doing so. I asked them to replace the items and the owner lady refused and told me that I "should be more clever" in the ways of business. Speechless...
