Final review: Is this service worth the money in my opinion? Yes and no. Yes because calls came in. But... They were mostly senile seniors citizens who needed roof repairs and skylights. About 10% of the calls were sales reps trying to sell us stuff. Total cost I spent was double what i was presented. I was under the impression it was $499 a month. I wasnt really thrilled at paying that because I had my doubts. The service ended up being $499 bi weekly. The agreement I signed has a very sloppy breakdown that does not show the total amount. It just shows a compact list of $499 in a vertical column with dates to the left (I didnt analyze the contract, thats entirely my fault). The invoice does not label TOTAL cost. The words bi weekly charge were not used in the sales pitch. Neither was total amount. I brought the issue up and the representative says "Thats what we agreed to/ what contracy says" Perhaps that was the message they intended to convey... But.... if I had understood it to be roughly $3,000 for 3 months, I never would have bought the service as $1,500 was already not a number I wanted to do in the first place. The number $3,000 for 3 months would 100% not have happened. So if you do business here... Make sure you understood the total amount monthly. I feel completely misled. Was it a miscommunication? Maybe... But because the invoice layout is as it is and the words bi weekly charge, bi weekly fee etc were not used and the words "mailings, issues, zones, etc were used, I believe it was simply a tactic they use daily to acquire business. Would I buy the service again? Maybe for $300 monthly but not any amount more.
