Noticed there were no black people on the commercial. Is it safe to assume you guys don't do urban styles? Last time I went to a chain barber, I asked for a fade and the lady pulled out scissors.

pretty certain they cut "urban", though Jensen Bch doesn't have particularly large "urban" community like West Palm Bch.
